Steps to correct the numeric and alpha character length set to 0 Error.

 

1. Connected to the app server

2. Launch Spok Admin

3. Go to Setup, Paging, Services

4. Double click the ID above for editing

5. Locate section Length -Numeric -Alpha

6. Adjust the Numeric to 14 and the Alpha to 500 as a standard

7. Save Close & Test
