Spok Mobile User names

If you can't remember your Spok Mobile Username use the following guidelines.

For Most Spok mobile accounts the Best Practice that Spok recommends is to make the username the mobile number of the device the app will be installed on. 

Unless the account is attached to a Spok Wireless account that has a number you can dial to page the device.  In that case use to the 7 digit pager number as the username. 

One thing that can be done to verify if the user name exists or not is to enter the number you believe is attached to the account and click "forgot password"

If there is an account with that number it will bring you to the forgot password page as seen below.


If there is no account with that number it will tell you immediately with a pop up that the username is invalid.
