iOS Mute Override doesn't work for some newly registered devices


When some users register their iPhone to Spok Mobile, their Mute Override doesn't work.  They don't get any Tones played if their phone is set to "Silent" and Mute Override is enabled.  When they open Spok Mobile, they can see their messages.


Make sure the user registered their device while using Carrier.  We have seen instances of using WiFi to register the device causes the Mute Override to not work.
