Overview

When you see the "XnAlarm has been closed and is no longer running" alarm in Medicall and the system has a Messenger server.

Resolution/Topic

Take a look at the Messenger server logs (…\Program Files (x86)\Spok\Spok Messenger\Logs).  If you see "Warning: Request to CUCM has timed out" entries in the logs that coincide with the times the message was being displayed, get with the ALMO (Alerting and Mobile) team, asking them if they can look at the issue.
