Creating the On-Premises Gateway and Spok Go Integrations

This section describes the steps to create and configure the On-Premises Gateway and integrate Spok Go with external systems or with existing Spok solutions.

Overview

You can integrate several existing external systems and Spok products to enable additional functionality.

Installing and Configuring the On-Premises Gateway

Before you configure any system integration, the On-Premises gateway must be installed and configured. See Installing and Configuring the On-Premises Gateway for more information.

Configuring e.Notify and Spok Go

Before You Begin

  • Ensure e.Notify 7.1.3 is used.
  • Ensure you have the URL of the load balancer for the on-premises gateway in order for e.Notify to communicate with Spok Go.
  • Ensure the customer has set up user accounts within Spok Go and e.Notify.

Configuring Smart Suite and Spok Go

Before You Begin

  • Ensure you have Smart Suite version 7.1.3 installed.
